How is the hourly rate calculated?
Standard pricing is $0.03/hour for the default configuration (2 vCPUs, 3.5GB RAM). The rate scales proportionally if you choose more CPU or RAM — larger configurations cost more per hour.
Can I run more than one cluster at a time?
Prepaid accounts — where you recharge a wallet balance in advance — can have one active cluster at a time, to prevent runaway usage. Postpaid accounts, billed against a card on file, aren't limited this way, and neither are Enterprise accounts, which run on a separate fixed monthly contract outside the Prepaid/Postpaid billing tab. Contact support to move to postpaid billing.
Do my clusters expire automatically?
Clusters on Prepaid accounts have a time-to-live (TTL) and are deleted automatically once it expires — by default after 50 minutes, though you can request a longer TTL up to what your balance can sustain. Postpaid and Enterprise accounts can create permanent clusters that don't expire.
How much balance do I need to create a cluster?
Prepaid accounts need at least $1 in wallet balance to cover the upfront reservation, plus enough to cover a minimum 5-minute runtime at your chosen configuration's rate. Your free $5 signup credit comfortably covers this for the default configuration. Postpaid accounts don't need a pre-funded balance, since charges are billed to the card on file.
