Rackmint offers infrastructure services including managed Kubernetes clusters, virtual machines, and related tools. Service availability, performance, and limits may vary based on your subscription plan.

5. Fees and Billing

Some features are offered on a paid basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Service, including applicable taxes. Invoices will be sent based on your usage or subscription.

6. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and code on the Rackmint platform are owned by or licensed to Rackmint. You retain ownership of any data or software you upload or deploy using the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rackmint provides the Service "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rackmint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rackmint is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
